Plant Maintenance is a comprehensive and extremely flexible module that provides for the complete plant maintenance routines of any type of organisation. A technical plant inventory, associated with maintenance activity recording, provides for a comprehensive database of information. The whole content of the database is user definable.

Maintenance tasks can be generated by an automatic scheduler, according to a time or usage frequency. A full history of downtime maintenance costs can be retained, with analysis according to the user's requirements, by machine, component, work centre, employee, job, etc. Costs can be passed automatically through to the general ledger by using a flexible interface facility.

Comparison between budget, forecast, estimated and actual costs and resource utilisation is provided.
